During the checkout process, you’ll have the opportunity to input your card details. At this point, you’ll also be prompted whether you’d like to save these details for convenient use in future transactions. If you have multiple cards saved, you’ll have the flexibility to select the specific card you wish to make payment with.
Additionally, if you decide to remove a card from your saved options, you can easily do so. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless and user-friendly checkout experience.

If you accidentally skipped the payment step during checkout, don’t worry! You can easily access your full order history through your ToughCAD account. Delivery
We are currently offer a Next Working Day delivery service (when ordering before 12pm noon) via our couriers at Parcel Force. Currently, this does not include weekends.
Kindly be aware that to ensure your parcel’s arrival before the weekend, you will need to place your order by Thursday before 12pm noon.
Please keep in mind that Bank/National Holidays are not covered under this information.

✍🏼 Kindly be advised: To ensure the annotations disappear completely after use, it is imperative to employ a WHITEBOARD Marker. It is crucial not to mistake this for a Drywipe Marker or Permanent Marker, as these writing tools may not completely erase after use.

Yes, you can leave your ToughCAD outside. Its durable material is resistant to water, UV rays, and general weathering, ensuring that your plans and information remain protected even when exposed to the elements. This makes ToughCAD Ideal for outdoor use on construction sites, outdoor events, or any other scenario where you might need your plans displayed or accessible outdoors
The ToughCAD logos on the exterior border will be removed, leaving only your plans / visuals present on the ToughCAD

Customers may wish to remove branding for various reasons, including their own preference, maintaining an aesthetic in their own product line, or using the product in contexts where visible branding is not desirable.

No, your order will arrive in a plan triangular tube with branded ToughCAD tape!
Sunlight is a major factor in the deterioration of printed materials, especially in outdoor environments. At ToughCAD, we understand the importance of long-lasting prints, which is why we use UV-resistant inks for all of our plans. While no print is completely immune to UV damage over time, our advanced ink technology significantly slows down fading, keeping your plans clear and vibrant for longer. To extend their life even further, shielding them from direct sunlight can help.

You choose between A0, A1, A2 or A3.
We provide an additional 20mm of material around the perimeter of your plan. This surplus material offers you the flexibility to choose whether to include eyelets or not, without compromising the actual content of your plan. This way, you can opt for eyelets for easier hanging or display, while ensuring that your original design remains unaffected and intact.
The ToughCAD border is an additional 20mm around the design size. For instance, if you’ve ordered an A1 design, you will receive the design itself at the precise scale, and the 20mm border will be extra. This ensures that your design maintains its accurate scale while incorporating the provided border for the potential use of eyelets or other purposes.
For the best possible results, we only except PDF files.
You will only need to sign for your delivery if you have selected ‘Signed/Tracked Delivery’ when checking out.
We are able to print your PDF at the exact size you have selected when placing your order. It’s essential to be careful when selecting the size to ensure that your printed product matches your intended dimensions.

RGB images can be printed, but they may not look the same as they do on the screen. This is because RGB is a colour model that is used for screen display, while printers use a different colour model called CMYK. RGB uses red, green, and blue light to create colours by adding them together, while CMYK uses cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink to create colours by subtracting them from a white background.
When you print an RGB image, the printer must convert the RGB values to CMYK values, which may result in colour shifts. Some RGB colours are out of the range of CMYK colours, so they cannot be reproduced exactly on paper.
To avoid this problem, it is recommended that you convert your RGB images to CMYK before sending them to print. This way, you can adjust the colours and make sure they match your expectations.
