During the checkout process, you’ll have the opportunity to input your card details. At this point, you’ll also be prompted whether you’d like to save these details for convenient use in future transactions. If you have multiple cards saved, you’ll have the flexibility to select the specific card you wish to make payment with.
Additionally, if you decide to remove a card from your saved options, you can easily do so. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless and user-friendly checkout experience.
Once you confirm your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. In this email, you should find our VAT number located at the bottom. Delivery
We are currently offer a Next Working Day delivery service (when ordering before 12pm noon) via our couriers at APC. Currently, this does not include weekends.
Kindly be aware that to ensure your parcel’s arrival before the weekend, you will need to place your order by Thursday before 12pm noon.
Please keep in mind that Bank/National Holidays are not covered under this information.
When inputting your information on the order page, which includes your email and mobile number, this data will be utilised for your delivery details.
Subsequently, once our partner couriers at Parcel Force take possession of your parcel, they will dispatch a text message and an email containing your consignment/tracking details.

However, please be aware that we are not liable for any problems arising from actions by our couriers. While instances of delivery complications are rare, they can happen from time to time. We’re more than willing to provide help in such situations. Nonetheless, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee refunds for issues specifically attributed to courier-related matters.

ToughCAD plan are printed 100% to scale. When you order an A1 design, you can rest assured that you will receive it at the precise scale specified. This ensures that your design is accurately represented in terms of dimensions.
However, it’s important to highlight that it is the responsibility of our customers to verify that they have selected the appropriate size according to the intended plan. We print the plans exactly as they are provided to us. Therefore, it’s crucial for customers to double-check and confirm the correct size before placing an order.

To enhance the editing capability of your drawn content, we recommend using whiteboard markers as the surface can be repeatedly wiped clean. This proves particularly useful for tasks like traffic management during on-site work. For more permanent markings, you can also use permanent markers as an alternative solution.
✍🏼 Kindly be advised: To ensure the annotations disappear completely after use, it is imperative to employ a WHITEBOARD Marker. It is crucial not to mistake this for a Drywipe Marker or Permanent Marker, as these writing tools may not completely erase after use.

Your ToughCAD will last forever – unless you send it to be recycled.
Certainly, we offer the choice to have eyelets added to your ToughCAD. These eyelets will be positioned at the four corners of the plan, placed over our ToughCAD border. This strategic placement ensures that none of the original design elements on your plans are compromised.
Yes, you can leave your ToughCAD outside. Its durable material is resistant to water, UV rays, and general weathering, ensuring that your plans and information remain protected even when exposed to the elements. This makes ToughCAD Ideal for outdoor use on construction sites, outdoor events, or any other scenario where you might need your plans displayed or accessible outdoors
ORDER QUERIES
For packing and dispatch purposes, there is a restriction of 25 file uploads per size:
A0: 25 files
A1: 25 files
A2: 25 files
A3: 25 files
However, you can increase the quantity of a specific file as needed, and this won’t affect the 25- file cap per size.
If you intend to order more than 25 file uploads for a specific size, you have the option to initiate a new order to accommodate the additional files beyond the limit.
You choose between A0, A1, A2 or A3.
We provide an additional 20mm of material around the perimeter of your plan. This surplus material offers you the flexibility to choose whether to include eyelets or not, without compromising the actual content of your plan. This way, you can opt for eyelets for easier hanging or display, while ensuring that your original design remains unaffected and intact.
The ToughCAD border is an additional 20mm around the design size. For instance, if you’ve ordered an A1 design, you will receive the design itself at the precise scale, and the 20mm border will be extra. This ensures that your design maintains its accurate scale while incorporating the provided border for the potential use of eyelets or other purposes.
For the best possible results, we only except PDF files.
You will only need to sign for your delivery if you have selected ‘Signed/Tracked Delivery’ when checking out.
We are able to print your PDF at the exact size you have selected when placing your order. It’s essential to be careful when selecting the size to ensure that your printed product matches your intended dimensions.
In the event that you detect an error in your order, please reach out to us at info@toughcad.co.uk. Kindly provide your order number and inform us about any modifications you wish to make before your order is dispatched.
Once an order has been confirmed, it goes to print immediately so we can meet our delivery deadlines. We are unable to make changes to your design or cancel the order at this stage.
You will not be able to cancel your order if we have already printed or shipped your order.
If in the unusual circumstance you have received your order and there is a fault – please email us immediately (info@toughcad.co.uk) with attached images and your order number and we will work to resolve this for you right away!
Once an order has been confirmed, the delivery address will automatically be printed on the shipping label. We will be unable to change the delivery address for that particular order.
