Recycling
ToughCAD is 100% recyclable! As part of our sustainability scheme, we except your used ToughCAD back, and we cover the cost for it to be recycled into things such as traffic cones, sleeping policemen and barrier weights.

Account
At the checkout stage, you can enter your card details. You will be asked if you want to save those details for future transactions. If you have more than one card saved, you will be able to choose which one you wish to pay with and/or which you want to remove, should you wish.
When confirming your order, you will receive your order confirmation email – our VAT number should be displayed at the bottom of that email. If you are struggling to see this, please email us to info@toughcad.co.uk and we can provide you with our VAT number.
All orders are inclusive of VAT at 20%
At the bottom of any newsletter, you should see an option to opt out of any email marketing, please click that link to unsubscribe. If you are unable to find this, please contact us with your name and email address and we can remove you from the mailing list.

Delivery
We are currently operating with a Next Working Day delivery service (when ordering before 12pm noon) via our couriers at APC. Currently, this does not include weekend.
Please note – this means that your last day to order to receive your parcel before the weekend will be the Thursday before 12pm noon

When you enter your details on the order page, including your email and mobile number – this information is entered in your delivery information.
Once our couriers at APC have received your parcel, they will send you a text and email with your consignment / tracking information.
If you have not received anything or wish for some assistance with this, please email us on info@toughcad.co.uk with your order information and we will help where we can.
No problem, if you contact us immediately, we can see what we can do to help. Please have your order number ready.
If you have tracked your order and you aren’t sure when it will arrive, please contact us immediately.
Please note, we are not liable for any issues caused by our couriers. It is very rare that we experience any complications regarding delivery – however, naturally these things can happen from time to time, and we would be more than happy to assist you where we can. That being said we are not liable to provide a refund due to a courier issue.
You have 2 delivery options: Next Working Day Delivery (£8.95) and Standard Delivery 2 – 4 Working Days (£4.50)
Your delivery date depends on the time and date you placed your order and the delivery option you chose.
