The process to order is simple! Here are the 5 simple steps…
Step 1 – Upload Your PDF Drawing / Files.
By clicking anywhere within the upload box, it will allow you to search your files and select which files you would like to upload. Alternatively, you could drag and drop your files into the upload box.
Step 2 – Edit & review your cart
After uploading your files, an itemised list of your order will be displayed. Take this opportunity to verify that your choices align with your preferences for size, eyelets, branding and quantity before proceeding to checkout.
You will have the choice to edit all to the same preference with the boxes located next to the subtitles for each option. Alternatively, you can select or edit your preferences individually.
Please review – what size documents you desire, whether you’d like to add eyelets to your plans, whether you would like to remove the ToughCAD branding from the border and your quantity.
Step 3 – Proceed to Checkout
At this stage, you can select the delivery option that best suits you.
We offer two choices:
Next Working Day Delivery (When ordered before 12pm noon)
Standard Delivery (Typically 2-5Working Days)
If you have specific delivery notes, please include them before finalising your purchase and we’ll ensure these notes are communicated to our courier.
Please Note: we are open Monday – Friday. Any others placed over the weekend will be processed Monday (Excluding National Holidays).
Step 4 – Delivery
Your ToughCAD plans are safely rolled and packaged in triangular tubes before being delivered to the provided shipping address. Unpack and enjoy your new plans!

Your tracking number should be located on your order confirmation email, and you should also expect correspondence (email and text) regarding your parcel if you have entered the correct email address and mobile number.

DISCLAIMER
By default, we print all drawings at 100% scale onto the paper size you select. If you wish to resize a print to fit your selected paper size, the system will automatically do this for you after selecting the size you desire.

If you notice an error with your order, promptly contact us at info@toughcad.co.uk – providing your order number and detailing any necessary changes. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Recycling Options
For smaller projects, simply send the finished ToughCAD plans back to us and we’ll cover the recycling cost to transform it into useful items like Sleeping Policeman, Barrier Weights, and Traffic Cones.
For larger projects, we offer on-site pallets where you can dispose of finished ToughCAD plans. When the pallet is full, we cover the cost of collecting it for recycling.
Your Privacy Matters
Rest assured, all orders are secured on our site. Only managers within ToughCAD have access to the files, which are sent directly from the backend. We do not sell or share any data/files with third parties. If you require further information on this, please reach out to info@toughcad.co.uk.
