At checkout, you will find a check box to either opt in or out of giving us permission to use your plans within our marketing. If you check the box, this means that you have given us permission to capture either photograph / video imagery of your plans and post them on our social media platforms, which are open to the public to view! if you would like us to tag your business in these posts, then we would be more then happy to do so! Simple add your handle to your order notes!
These permissions also grant us permission to store the imagery / videos to re-use in future marketing, across multiple outlets and platforms.
We love to communicate with our customers and so, depending on your marketing preferences, we may use your personal data to send you marketing messages by email, phone, or post. Some of these messages may be tailored to you, based on your previous browsing or purchase activity, and other information we hold about you.

Delivery costs will be calculated once you have entered your shipping address. This is so we can accurately provide you with the correct shipping options for for area.

Next Working Day Service (Zone 1 – England, Wales and Scotland) – £7.80
Next Working Day Service (Zone 3 – Northern Ireland) – £16.00
2-4 Working Days Service (Zone 1 – England, Wales and Scotland) – £4.50
Please be aware in order to receive our Next Working Day service, your order must be placed before 12pm noon. Any orders placed after the 12pm (noon) delivery cut off, will be shipped the following working day.
Please also note, we are not liable for any issues caused by our couriers. It is very rare that we experience any complications regarding delivery – however, naturally these things can happen from time to time. We would be more than happy to assist you where we can. That being said we are not liable to provide a refund due to a courier issue. We would always encourage our customers to order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
